Feed Your Body, Nourish Your Soul

Workshop: Let’s cook a meal together as we learn how to weave in elements of Ayurvedic lifestyle into your own daily routine.

Consider this workshop a Sasha-fied panchakarma, or “spring reset.” We’ll build mental and physical immunity through these ancient preventative rituals.

Adding Aurveda to your lifestyle can be transformative, and Sasha knows first-hand. It’s not about a thirty-day cleanse or sticking to a formulated diet, it’s about serving your divine vessel and showing up for yourself every. Damn. Day. Through these practices and accountability, Sasha feels more connected to, present, and in her body than ever. It’s easier said than done, and healing isn’t linear, but that’s where community comes in!

The flow of the workshop:

  • Opening tea circle & welcoming mantra to get in touch with how you are feeling in your body. This workshop will be infused with the self-love and community support you kick off with here!

  • Self-evaluation to identify what is not serving you, so you can eliminate those things

  • A live ayurvedic cooking lesson with Sasha (We’ll send you the workshop Kitchari recipe, ingredients & additional recipes beforehand! Instant Pot stans, you’re going to love this one. It’s all about keeping it simple.)

  • While your meal cooks, Sasha will lead a grounding elemental meditation

  • Then she’ll share her story, and teach us the benefits of Ayurvedic living

  • Learn the three doshas so you can identify your unique Ayurvedic constitution

  • Gain ideas for weaving in Vedic practices to your daily routine

  • Q+A time

  • We’ll move our bodies with a gentle, detoxifying yoga flow

  • After we wrap the workshop, your meal will be ready. In true ayurvedic style, we suggest you enjoy your meal in silence… but you do you!
