We meet virtually on the first and third Thursday of each month to connect, dive deep, resource-share, and chat about our latest goals and progress in business. At third-Thursday meetups, we have a guest expert share an educational mini workshop with live Q&A in our last half hour. Meetups rotate between 10:00 am pst, 2:00 pm pst, and 4:00 pm pst. Can’t make it live? We’ll send the replays via email.

Do I have to be based in the Pacific Northwest?
Nope! While the “Upper Left” part of our name references our “Upper Left USA,” AKA Pacific Northwest roots, bringing membership online means we can stay connected with leaders all over. And more freedom for you. Our community members span from Honolulu, to Austin, and even overseas in Australia!
Do I have to identify as a woman?
The Upper Left Ladies community is mostly made up of women and femme-identifying folks (you certainly don’t have to identify as a “lady,”) but unless an event is specified as women-only, we’re not going to turn you away because of your gender! We believe everyone should experience and can benefit from a women and femme-led space.
Do you offer in-person meetups?
ULL Membership is virtual, but we do have quarterly in-person events or partner events. We also provide our Members with a monthly bonus in-person opportunity to connect. This is typically around Portland, OR, to honor our Pacific Northwest roots, but we have plans to expand.
I see your community is often referred to as “spiritual” or having a “woo” slant. What do you mean? What if I’m not?
This looks different for everybody, but it’s important to us to create a community where our members can come exactly as they are. Over the last eight years, we’ve realized much of our community is interested in connecting over the topics of the likes of: mindfulness, astrology, tarot, human design, wellness, Ancestral connection and healing. However this looks for you, we ask for a mutual agreement of respect, as we’re committed to creating a safe space for exploring not only business, but these topics as well. And if you do have a slant for the “woo,” we just might be for you!
