At this Meetup, Adinah Barlow will be leading a short presentation teaching us how to embody our emotions so we feel safe enough to discover the needs those emotions are pointing to. Adinah has been traveling the world as a digital nomad before she welcomes her firstborn this fall, so we're excited to see where she calls in from this time. Last time, she joined us from Germany!
